Terrain.org Annual Contest
Beginning with the 12th Annual Contest, contest payments will be made as part of the submission process, through Terrain.org’s Submittable system.
Thank you for your submission to the Terrain.org contest! We look forward to reviewing your submission, and will notify all finalists, winners, and contestants by December.
Your payment instructions are below. Please note that we will not consider your submission until we have received payment: $15 per contest entry ($500 prize in poetry, fiction, and nonfiction).

Pay by Mail
You may pay by mail by sending a check made out to Terrain Publishing, with “Terrain.org Contest,” the entry genre(s), and the author’s name (if not already on the check) in the memo line, sent to:

You will receive email confirmation once your payment has been received and processed. To be safe, include your name, contest entry titles, and email address on a separate piece of paper with the check. All check payments must be received by September 21.
We reserve the right to reduce or cancel the contest if we do not receive enough submissions; in that case, submission fees would be refunded.
